Accounts Assistant - Honiton
up to 27,000 - Permanent
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a close-knit finance team. You will support the Senior Finance Assistant in preparing year-end accounts, maintaining multi-currency cashflows, and handling customer and supplier accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in year-end accounts preparation Manage multi-currency cashflows, payments, and reconciliations Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Arrange and oversee multi-currency bank payments Maintain and reconcile financial spreadsheets Assist on the purchase and sales ledger transactions
Key Skills & Attributes:
AAT 3 qualified or equivalent experience in a finance related role. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to meeting deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in Excel is essential
