Job Description


What you'll be doing::As our Accounts Assistant you'll assist in the day-to-day activities and month end tasks across the Finance department.Additional responsibilities include:

  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
  • Maintaining Prepayments schedules
  • Monthly cost analysis
  • Assisting with quarterly VAT returns
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as required
We want to hear from you if you::
  • Have experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
  • Are either Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance or AAT Qualified
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Are competent with Microsoft Excel, along with experience of accounting systems - Microsoft Great Plains would be advantageous
