About us Established in 1993, Transmag (UK) Limited is a leading manufacturer of cast resin indoor voltage and current transformers up to 33KV in the UK. and supplies a number of major clients including most of the major switchgear and electricity distribution companies in the UK. Employing 30 highly skilled and experienced personnel, we currently occupy a specialised factory facility of 20,000 square feet in the centre of Birmingham which is well situated for access to the main UK road and motorway systems \xe2\x80\x93 M1, M5, M6, M42 & M40. Rail access \xe2\x80\x93 Birmingham, New Street, Snowhill & Moor Street Stations are all within approximately 1km radius. Birmingham International Airport is approximately 8km from our site. Transmag design and manufacture magnetic, wire wound transformers and coils ranging from small LV ring type current transformers; to 33 KV outdoor oil filled voltage transformers, many of which are to customers own individual specifications. Higher voltage applications can be designed and manufactured to order. Our products are widely used in the fields of instrumentation, electrical control, power distribution and generation, mining, rail and petrochemical industries by companies throughout the world. Transmag (UK) Limited has the ability to respond quickly to changing customer requirements, and to produce its range of high quality products within short lead times. The company is fully computerised with regard to order processing, invoicing, stock control, manufacturing and also operates a CAD drawing and design system. All our products are designed, engineered, manufactured and tested under our BS EN ISO9001:2015 Quality Assurance regime, certificate number FM39664. In accordance with the Utilities Directive we are registered with Achilles Information Ltd. Supplier No. 061519. About us We are Our work environment includes:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Prepare and process invoices
- Reconcile financial statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with payroll processing
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic understanding of financial services and accounting principles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
