Job Overview:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and succeed within the role. The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email is crucial. As well as the capability to assist with management of the company's finance.
Responsibilities:
Clerical support including data entry, digital record-keeping, email management, answering phones, providing information to clients and liaising with clients.
Accountancy tasks including basic bookkeeping, financial forecasting, budget management and monthly financial reports.
Requirements:
Proficiency in IT
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on initiative and as a team
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Administrative experience - 1 year (not essential)
Accountancy experience - 1 year (preferred)
