The Door Store and Floor Store are one of the UKs' largest retailers of doors, floors and associated hardware.
We are interested in recruiting an office bookkeeper/administrator at our Newtownabbey branch to assist in delivering a high level of support to our sales, purchasing and management teams. The position will support a busy and growing team who aim to provide a high quality service to our ever expanding business and customer base.
The job role involves the following:
Monitor and review accounting software
Assist in preparing management accounts
Daily bank and sales reconciliations
Assisting with allocation of payments and invoicing
Assisting with monthly payroll
General office and admin duties as required
Essential Qualities:
Self-motivated and driven, with a can do attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Professional ethos
Ability to work well with a small but friendly and close knit team
Experience & Qualifications:
2 Years' experience in office administration or bookkeeping roles
Experience with accounting software e.g. Sage, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
Excellent Excel skills
Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours)
Training for the role will be on the job.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,500.00 per year
