Vision Fabrications is an award-winning and rapidly expanding company in the Architectural Metalwork & Steel Fabrication Sector. We have recently completed the construction of a purpose built 25,000 Sq. Ft manufacturing facility to accommodate our future plans.
We are now looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Finance Team and support the business through the next exciting phase of growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, processing accounts payable, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
Responsibilities
Process and input customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Co-ordinate customer payments and assist credit control
Process supplier invoices, issue purchase orders, and maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) filing
Support payroll processing as required
Handle invoicing queries and maintain clear, professional communication
Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and documentation
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts Administration role
Experience with accounting software such as SAGE
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
