Accounts Administrator



Process sales invoice and vehicle handovers

Process invoices for vehicle purchases

Maintain the vehicle stock list

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies

Keep the sales ledger up to date

General admin duties required within the accounts department

To use Sage 50 for basic inputting

Person Specification



Experience in an office-based environment

IT skills, EXCEL and Sage-50 desired

Automotive Industry, vehicle retail experience beneficial but not essential

Excellent attention to detail

English & Math's GCSE or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-31,000.00 per year
