We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our busy Lettings Department and additional support to our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised professional, with strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
The role will include , but not limited to:
- Collection and processing daily rental payments to Landlords
- Processing move in monies and generating Landlord statements
- Processing and paying supplier invoices
- Chasing rent arrears
- Maintaining strong relationships with Landlords by informing them of any rent arrears , charges and disbursements
- Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate records
- Producing monthly/quarterly statements when requested
- Handle general administrative tasks related to accounts
- Generate invoices for our Sales and Auctions departments
Experience:
- 3+ Years accounts experience required - Qualifications would be preferable but not essential
- Proven experience working with Vebra/ Alto .
- Proven experience working with accounting software like Xero
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Manages own work effectively and follows process well
