A quick look at the role
The Accounts Administrator is a member of the wider Finance Shared Service and is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable administration. This is a \'hybrid\' role with time divided between home and our office in High Wycombe.
Your core responsibilities
- Respond to high volumes of emails in the Credit Control inbox
- Resolve customer queries in a timely fashion
- Update customer account information
- Producing statements and copy invoices for customers
- Generate credit notes
- Work to strict SLAs
- Support other areas of the Shared Services department as required
- Minimum of 12 months experience within a finance role
- Confident with all Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook
- Resilient with the ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
