Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts.
Generate financial reports as required for management review.
Support the implementation of new accounting systems or software as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an accounts payable role or similar position within an accounting department.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
