We are looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated Accounts/Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and day to day accounting processes
Prepare and assist with financial reporting
Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, diary management and responding to emails
Assist in managing office supplies, scheduling meetings and supporting the wider team
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external accountants as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounts and administration
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage preferable)
Strong attention to details and excellent organisational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
