6 Month FTC

4 days on site, 1 day remote

\xc2\xa345,000-\xc2\xa350,000 Pro rata

Compensation: Competitive + 15% bonus tied to the growth in the UK Company\'s adjusted EBITDA performance.

Account Duties

The UK Accountant primary responsibility is for the day to day running of Accounts Payable, banks and cash forecasting. There will also be the opportunity for this role to be involved in Management Accounts.

We will be undergoing a change in accounting software later in the year, which will allow several processes to become more automated and streamlined. This will then provide the opportunity for this role to become more involved in the monthly management Accounts and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Coding and inputting supplier invoices
• Obtaining adequate approval
• Resolving queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Posting staff expenses

• Setting up payments for approval (AP, staff expenses, etc)
• Bank reconciliations
• Daily loads to IF facility
• Regular liaison with bank on any IF queries

• Regular update of actuals and forecast of expected cash position

• Preparation of accruals and prepayments
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Fixed Assets

• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA part-qualified accountant required
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Experience within a multi-currency organisation
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
