We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join our charitable organisation based in Lincoln on a permanent basis. As the Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of our charity, responsible for preparing timely financial reports, balance sheet reconciliation, and other schedules to assist in financial planning and control.

This role offers a diverse set of responsibilities with significant visibility and interaction within the charity. You will collaborate with budget holders and other teams to enhance their understanding of monthly finance reports, costs, and variances. Additionally, you will provide support and advice during the annual budget-setting process and work with various departments on stock control management and reporting, among other responsibilities.
