Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Hybrid \xe2\x80\x93 50% North London + 50% Home Working
Salary: From \xc2\xa330,000 \xe2\x80\x93 negotiable DOE
Reports to: Client Services Director
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Client Services Team at a well-established, market leading visual communications group who specialise in the design, print and fulfilment of promotional marketing materials that stand out in a crowded market.
The role will primarily focus on managing clients printed and digital promotional campaigns from brief through to execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that clients are flawlessly moved through the business with a right first-time focus which requires exceptional organisational, project management and account management skills.
You will work collaboratively within a team structure with a strong focus on retail and trade marketing execution and will liaise with client, account team and studio colleagues daily, therefore you will need to a strong communicator, negotiator, mediator, and all-round relationship builder with the ability to influence and build rapport across teams at all levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Project manage jobs from start to finish, paying attention to detail and being mindful of client requirements and business processes.
- Manage client expectations and aim to deliver exceptional service.
- Build and develop excellent relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Undercover new business opportunities and continually look to improve processes.
- Be pro-active and meet all business objectives and service delivery expectations.
- Hold excellent organisational and time-management skills and be used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Work efficiently and accurately and remain focussed, calm, and agile in the face of a challenge.
Role requirements:
- Minimum of two years working within Print or POS.
- Two years Account Management experience.
- A team player, who is also able to act autonomously and take ownership of projects with drive and determination.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of initiative
- A keen eye for detail and someone who would be comfortable in following a highly organised, process driven approach.
- An appreciation of the end-to-end marketing and production processes, from creation of the brief through to distribution is desirable.
- Great communication (written and verbal), administration and interpersonal skills.
