Background in Hard Services related Facilities Management.
Experience with Industrial, Engineering or Critical industries is key.
Day to day management of the Hard Services team - internal site team and external contractor support.
Client facing - progress updates, visits, meetings
Managing the P&L - budget management, reporting
Soft Services - managing a team directly and indirectly including support staff
Standard Operating Procedures - development of SOP\'s, emergency and contingency plans
Health & Safety - ensure safe working conditions and regularly review the H&S policy
Proven Account Manager with a background in Hard Services|Experience in Industrial or Engineering related environments
Experience within a similar Facilities leadership role
Experience within a client facing role
Hard Services knowledge is essential, ideally holding M or E qualifications although not essential
IOSH or NEBOSH desirable
Commercial minded with the ability to maximise or identify opportunities. Further experience managing P&L\'s also desired.
