Onboarding and engagement process with every client.
Identify risks to minimise attrition.
Identify and convert opportunities to up sell and cross sell existing products.
Create and convert cross sell opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationship with key client stakeholders.
Ensure clients remain within contracted service parameters or re-negotiate contracts.
Create and maintain accurate contract records for live services.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing communication.
Maintain accurate Salesforce records for portfolio management and effective forecasting.
Attend media briefings when you have invited your portfolio.
Complete all internal product update events and activities.
Contribute to the Cision Community content, through providing client knowledge for the alerts.
Proactively contribute competitor information to Product Marketing.

This role is for a start date ASAP with an expected salary up to \xc2\xa328,000 + commission per annum.
