Job Description


We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Account Manager to join the growing team here at Distil AI. This will be mainly focused on customer success, however, there will be an element of strategically expanding accounts and upselling to clients.

The Account Manager will see themselves working with multiple accounts simultaneously and be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our existing clients, as well as working closely within the sales team to help identify new business opportunities in the market.

You will have a clear focus on maintaining positive relationships and acquiring knowledge of your client\'s growth trajectory, product proposition, and strategy.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist clients with their inquiries and requests while addressing their needs promptly.
  • Ensure that accounts are managed efficiently by providing services that fit their budget and requirements.
  • Collaborate regularly with the wider sales team to analyse progress and develop innovative solutions for each target account.
  • Attend client meetings and establish strong relationships.
  • Identify prospects for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals and maintain consistent communication with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as product development, marketing, and support) to ensure seamless delivery our services to clients.
  • Take full ownership for your projects and cultivate your understanding of market trends in the data analytics sector.
  • Liaise with the senior team and successfully prepare and present reports on account status, and sales activities.
What Experience do we need from you?
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Account Management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings.
  • A positive and open attitude for learning new technologies and developing your knowledge of AI and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience of suggesting innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.

Basic salary: \xc2\xa330,000 - \xc2\xa340,000

Commission (OTE \xc2\xa365K)
