Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Account Manager to join a vibrant team. Your role will involve managing client accounts, developing relationships and driving sales growth in the digital advertising industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of service.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports.
- Resolve client issues and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities
- A proven track record in sales or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to be able to get to West London twice a week.
- A competitive salary range of xc2xa332,000 - xc2xa340,000, dependent on experience.
