Account Manager | Remote | DOE

About the Role

This role is all about the success of your accounts and continuing long term relationships to deliver results. You will utilise your experience to continue the growth of the business. You will be able to have empathy with the clients and build trust to sell solutions in a collaborative style. You can be based remote or on site at the head office in Essex to utilise and add to the knowledge within the team, as well as travel to accounts for face-to-face meetings. Some overnight stays will be required. You will work closely with the internal teams to develop innovative products that meet the customers needs.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Interest and understanding in commercial horticulture market (breeders, growers, wholesalers and retailers)
  • You will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead commercial results and build rapport with customers.
  • A strong communicator and ability to work with internal stakeholders to deliver new products, projects and stock to customer requirements.
  • Organised and efficient worker who can work to deadlines and be able to prioritise tasks

Part of an international group of businesses, they are the flagship company for the group and have lead the way with system and process improvements, ensuring they are set up in a way to deliver the best possible results to their customers. They are a vertically integrated, Creative, Design and Print business who provide the Horticulture industry with a full range of Creative and Print services. Due to business growth, they are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
