Working across large scale, high profile (and high budget) international events this is a broad role with responsibilities including:Working closely with the wider team across a range of projectsManaging full event logisticsWorking with complex stakeholder groups and internal teamsEnsuring schedules are adhered to and project documentation is completeEnsuring project timescales are communicated effectivelySupplier and venue liaison and managementTaking full responsibility for elements of the eventBudget managementOnsite management of eventsAssisting with reconciliation post eventTHE CANDIDATECandidates MUST have experience working for an event agency and will not be considered if you do not have this experience. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to work within a complex stakeholder group.
