Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our premium client as an Account Manager. Head Office being based in London, you will work on a remote basis with travel required to clients and team as and when needed. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing key accounts while nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account.
Responsibilities in the position of Account Manager - Hospitality:
- Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work alongside senior management to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target key prospects within the hospitality industry, expanding the customer base.
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines to ensure profitable growth and maintain competitive advantage.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Utilise Salesforce Management to create an optimal customer base and track sales activities.
- Actively forecast monthly sales and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Accounts, and Finance.
- Attend and participate in trade shows to develop relationships with trade marketing.
- Provide weekly reports on your region\'s performance to your line manager.
To be considered for the position of Account Manager - Hospitality, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 3 years operating at a similar level, with a background in B2B Sales and key account management.
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with key stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- A commercial mindset, with a track record in leveraging relationships and accounts
- A self starter with a curious mindset and ability to work in an entrepreneurial team
