This role is your chance to redefine world-class workplace dining, drive commercial success, and build strong client partnerships in the hospitality and food service sector.As Account Manager, you'll lead with a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach-ensuring that our hospitality offering remains innovative, competitive, and consistently exceeds client expectations.Your Role and Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence in Service Offerings: Ensure the delivery of exceptional food products and services that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Regularly review this with key Managers and refine the food offering to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the market.Client Relationship Management: Take full responsibility for client accounts by nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and guaranteeing client satisfaction to build loyalty and support business growth. Provide proactive, relevant recommendations that enhance trust and foster long-term loyalty.Team Leadership and Development: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the client management service team. Motivate, guide, and empower team members with clear objectives and the resources needed for success. Focus on creating opportunities for feedback and personal development, aiming to boost morale, drive performance, and support professional growth.Financial and Account Management: Oversee the financial operations within your area working with the Senior Account Managers, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. Manage and strategies marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, ensuring effective execution to meet and exceed business goals.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

• Proven experience in multi-site account management within the catering, food service, or hospitality industry
• Exceptional communication & client relationship skills
• Strong financial & commercial acumen, with a strategic mindset
• A passion for innovation in food services and delivering world-class hospitality
• Leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate teams
• A genuine love for food, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
