Working across their UK&I customer base, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a public listed company; working to support their strategic goals, boosting revenues, foster a strong team environment, proactively engage with existing customers, as well as looking for new, cross-sell or upsell opportunities, to maximise customer satisfaction at every point of engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactive engagement within defined customer accounts, relationship building, becoming a customer ally across products and services, and develop opportunities for additional sales.
  • Advise customers on investment decisions.
  • Managing the whole sales account and accurate sales forecasts, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Taking ownership of Account Management within this sector, developing techniques to ensure success and managing all relevant resources, including other account managers and sales engineers.
  • Maintaining good customer data integrity on the CRM.
  • Input into product management and marketing campaigns.
Experience, Skills, Abilities:
  • Ideally have further Education in a technical or business-related subject.
  • High level of technical and software understanding.
  • Experienced in Customer Relationship Management and Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal aptitudes, plus excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous team management and mentoring.
Personality:
  • Self-motivated, organised and enthusiastic.
  • A willingness to acquire new and relevant technical skills and to keep abreast of developments in the industry.
Working hours/location:
  • 37.5 hour week: 9am -5.30pm, Monday - Friday.
  • This is a hybrid working role. You will be required to travel 1 day per week to either the main office location being Southampton or an office near Oxford. The role will require travel to other company offices, client\'s offices, and other locations as necessary in line with the needs of the business.
Salary:
  • Base: \xc2\xa345,000 + uncapped commission - not unrealistic to earn up to \xc2\xa315,000 bonus in your first year.
  • Car allowance: \xc2\xa35,400.
