We are flexible on remote vs office working, but typically most Pharm team members come to the office 2 or 3 days a week.
ROLE
As an Account Manager on the team, you are an integral part of the day-to-day execution of the business, partnering with Programme Management and Account Management teams to deliver operational discipline & delivery excellence.
You are highly organised and are able to multi-task, providing support to the team as well as helping deliver on process, presentations, scope of work as well as be able to build relationships and work closely with the team to gain expertise in Client Services.
A busy, dynamic office environment where no two days are the same, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, you will be confident in juggling different projects and managing deadlines.
You proactively and confidently support on projects and ad-hoc client work and can show that you truly understand our product and how creativity and commerciality interact together for the benefit for the work and the business. You are able to adapt your skills to a variety of task and challenges.
You will be comfortable working closely and building relationships with clients.
Typically you will report into an Account Director or Business Director depending on the project.
