Key Responsibilities
:
Operate as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients and develop a trusted and long-lasting relationship with them.
Prepare company accounts on a periodic basis, present detailed analysis, and produce management accounts.
Retain existing business with current clients, while also developing new business with both existing and new clients.
Assist high-net-worth clients through financial challenges, particularly with cross-border investments.
Help and advise clients through email, phone, and personal meetings on accounting and financial matters.
Recognize changing client needs and communicate that information to the employer company.
Carry out and/or supervise services for customers, such as preparation of VAT returns, tax returns, and accounts preparation. Ensure clients receive these services in a timely manner.
Ensure that clients pay on time. Negotiate payment terms with clients and take further action if necessary to recover any overdue company debt.
Qualifications and Skills
:
Proven experience in financial account management or a similar role.
Strong communication skills, especially with Chinese-speaking clients.
Familiarity with UK accounting standards and financial regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
