The Role
We are hiring talented individuals to join us in a dual role that combines Account Management and Business Development, with a strong focus on paid advertising clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands ad performance, can manage multiple brand accounts, and is confident pitching services and closing deals.
- Manage daily communication with advertising clients and ensure smooth campaign execution- Understand client goals and develop advertising strategies across TikTok, Meta, and Google platforms- Work closely with internal ads team to monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance- Analyze data and provide insights to improve ROAS and ad effectiveness- Coordinate with content and creative teams to ensure ad materials align with performance objectives
Business Development
- Identify and generate leads through networking, prospecting, and digital outreach targeting brands, agencies, and e-commerce businesses- Pitch social media marketing solutions including paid ads, influencer collaborations, content strategy, and TikTok Shop integration- Develop tailored proposals and media plans that align with client goals, budgets, and KPIs- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to help drive performance and ROI- Negotiate and close deals, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing- Collaborate with internal teams (ads, creative, influencer, and strategy) to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategy and identify new opportunities- Contribute to company growth initiatives, attending events, webinars, and networking functions to represent the brand
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid advertising, media buying, or client-side ad management- Proven hands-on experience with TikTok Ads; knowledge of Meta and Google Ads is a strong advantage- Strong understanding of digital advertising strategy, performance KPIs, and eCommerce conversion funnels- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communication styles when working with international clients and teams- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail- Fluent in English and familiarity with UK local culture is a bonus; Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
