Summary of the Account Manager role

As an Account Manager with IMA-HOME, you will deliver complex work, ensuring consistently high standards are achieved balanced with commercial success. You will be able to hit the ground running, with an ability to deliver projects on time, to budget and to the highest quality.

Some responsibilities of the Account Manager role will include

• Develop a full knowledge of the financial health and relationship status of each client, applying strong results awareness in decision making, ensuring commercial targets are achieved and expectations managed

• Supporting senior management with client forecasting, ensuring that all tracking documents are consistently updated with accurate information

• Ensuring commercials are reported accurately

• Maintains strong, trusting relationships with senior clients, suppliers and IMA-HOME, establishing a solid foundation from which to achieve consistent fulfilment of time expectations, quality standards and budget tolerances

• Establishing clear and consistent communication channels across clients and IMA-HOME, promoting a collaborative work ethic to achieve effective delivery, applying strong negotiation skills where necessary to achieve positive outcomes
