How you'll make an impact

Responsibility for own financial performance - Lapse, New Business, Growth, Retention Implementing, monitoring and adhering to the Group and Divisional strategic initiatives - e.g. Contact Strategy, Cross Sales Initiative Support Team Leader/Manager, as and when required to produce monthly MI on team performance and other ad hoc MI requests Day-to-day servicing and growth of own client book to include visits to clients and insurers Maintain high standards of "best practice" within the team Help with technical expertise and development of the team Assimilate clients' and prospects' insurance risks/needs and devise suitable solutions wherever possible Maintain and develop personal knowledge and skills through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Responsibility for your compliance Ensure the placement of premium is in accordance with AJG placement strategy Support overall Private Division objectives

About You

Holding/working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/ Cert CII Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, classes of insurance. Strong knowledge of client market and insurance industry network Due diligence in administration, policy documents and processes Excellent client service focus; the customer is always your top priority Generate and driving new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Actively deal with ambiguity and have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail Continually building your industry knowledge and seeking development Eligible to work in the UK
