The Opportunity:\xe2\x80\x8b

  • We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an integrated and autonomous leader of people, clients and projects\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be able to form powerful relationships at very senior levels with the client and within Iris internally, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll give honest, no-nonsense advice\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • We need someone with a strategic and financial mind, who\'s restless energy can develop clients by finding future potential for increasing business\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be passionate about immersing yourself in culturally grounded ideas, stemming from what\xe2\x80\x99s happening in the world (media and social media), to drive real business outcomes.
  • Leading a long-standing account which is shifting the brand dial, to drive reappraisal with a younger audience, through social first content and a wider annual brand campaign PLUS having a role across campaigns and projects for numerous consumer clients, within an integrated team\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • Supporting on a bold and brave new business pipeline, working across proactive opportunities with new and existing clients as well as pitch briefs\xe2\x80\x8b.\xe2\x80\x8b
How You\xe2\x80\x99d Spend Your Day:\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Client counsel \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99ll have strong knowledge on the brand, client business and projects and be confident in offering sound, strategic advice with an eye on the bigger business objectives.
  • Cultural strategy \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99ll advise the wider agency and input on briefs, ensuring that responses to brief are rich in cultural insight. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for translating that knowledge into great product and game changing results.\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Media strategy & influencer relations \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99ll push for deep knowledge of the media & influencer landscape and promote outstanding media relations among the team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also help them translate that knowledge into great product and game changing results\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • Integrated working \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99ll feed innovative PR strategy and insight into int\xe2\x80\x8begrated comms plans. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be responsible for overseeing the output from the social team and overseeing creative output from the creative team on brand campaign work, ensuring it aligns to the brand and meets comms objectives through BAU channel work.\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Team management \xe2\x80\x93 A confident team coach who inspires and motivates the juniors. You\xe2\x80\x99ll take responsibility for team growth and development.
  • Talent management \xe2\x80\x93 you will have a good understanding of the celebrity and talent landscape, how to select the right names for the right work, negotiate and contract.
  • Financial management \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99ll have financial responsibility for your accounts, driving profitable working, managing accurate fee & cost budgets and handling any issues around burn .
  • Business growth \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99ll play a key role in driving growth through identification and conversation of new business \xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b
