We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our RWRC team in London.

As an AD on our marketing solutions team you will be responsible for retaining and growing our existing retention clients, identifying new commercial opportunities and delivering excellent customer service

What you\'ll be doing:

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain, nurture and upsell current retention clients allocated to the AD

\xe2\x97\x8f Build a new business pipeline and identify new opportunities

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for hitting personal target as well as helping the team to hit their overall target

\xe2\x97\x8f Project management on sponsorship solutions for clients

\xe2\x97\x8f Resolve client issues and proactively follow up with clients to ensure clients are satisfied

\xe2\x97\x8f Confident sales planning and forecasting skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Upkeep any outreach and proposal targets set and maintain high levels of servicing to all accounts

\xe2\x97\x8f Accurately record details and structure reports on client history and interactions in Salesforce

\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare and report client status information to designated parties on a weekly basis

\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct continuous market research and analysis on the dynamics of key accounts and retail markets which may affect these clients

What you\'ll need:

\xe2\x97\x8f Previous experience in a client facing role

\xe2\x97\x8f Proven success in meeting renewal and new business growth targets

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Must be extremely customer service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectations

\xe2\x97\x8f Must be detail oriented and organized; able to multitask and think quickly; a fast learner

\xe2\x97\x8f Must be self-motivated and energetic; able to work independently with minimal supervision

\xe2\x97\x8f Good computer skills (basic knowledge of G Suite products); knowledge of Salesforce

\xe2\x97\x8f Interest and/or experience in global Retail
