We have just picked up an extremely rare opportunity to join London\'s standout specialist charity agency at Junior Account Director or Account Director level.
The agency will consider ADs, JADs and Senior Account Managers looking to step up to JAD level.
Experience of working on charity / fundraising accounts is essential for the role and you can have either an agency OR client-side background.
So, if you are experienced in charity marketing on the client side and fancy a switch to the agency world this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Direct marketing experience is preferred and may give you an advantage but only experience of the fundraising sector is mandatory.
The role also offers you the chance to be a big cog in a close-knit organisation with bags of opportunity to grow.

The agency specialises in direct marketing. In fact, around 80% of the its campaigns are direct mail; they also create some DRTV, press ads and inserts and the remainder is digital.
The agency\'s approach comes from a deep understanding of donor needs, backed by over 25 years of experience. They conduct research, analyse data, devise strategies, find solutions and deliver brilliant creative ideas.
You
You have a passion for working with charities.
You are well versed on the agency side, managing some charity clients at either Senior Account Manager, Junior Account Director or Account Director level.
Or, you may already be in a senior role within a fundraising team at a charity - for example, heading up the fundraising team as Head of Fundraising / Head of Individual Giving.
The Junior Account Director / Account Director role
You won\'t be afraid to get stuck in as everyone, no matter their level, is hands-on at this agency, managing a number of DM projects simultaneously. So, you\'ll need to be organised and have a keen eye for detail. You thrive on teamwork and identifying areas of growth across your client base.
You also enjoy working on inspiring strategic and creative campaigns and you are at your best playing a large part in a smaller, close-knit organisation. You won\'t be fazed by statistics or data and you can work within budgets and hit deadlines.
You will also manage at least one SAM in a team that comprises a CSD, Senior AD, AD, SAMs and AMs.
