Key responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, leading marketing campaigns, and driving sales efforts. Serving as the primary liaison, the Accounts Director builds and maintains strong client relationships, deeply understanding their business needs and market challenges.This role also requires robust leadership to effectively delegate projects and supervise team workflow, ensuring each account is managed with precision. Furthermore, the Accounts Director provides strategic insights to executive leadership, oversees budgeting and profit tracking, and ensures the team has the resources and training necessary for success. This role is pivotal in managing multiple client accounts efficiently, fostering growth and client satisfaction.Financial and Account Management: Oversee the financial operations within your area working with the Account Managers, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. Manage and strategies marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, ensuring effective execution to meet and exceed business goals.Client Relationship Management: Take full responsibility for client accounts by nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and guaranteeing client satisfaction to build loyalty and support business growth. Provide proactive, relevant recommendations that enhance trust and foster long-term loyalty.Team Leadership and Development: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the client management service team. Motivate, guide, and empower team members with clear objectives and the resources needed for success. Focus on creating opportunities for feedback and personal development, aiming to boost morale, drive performance, and support professional growth.Operational Excellence in Service Offerings: Ensure the delivery of exceptional food products and services that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Regularly review this with the Account Managers and refine the food offering to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the market.QualificationsKnowledge
  • Microsoft office applications including SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive, Outlook etc
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Skills
  • Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
  • Proven experience in senior Management or a similar role within Hospitality or Retail industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
