Account Director x 2 - Global Network Agency - Central London - To \xc2\xa355k

This iconic agency needs no introduction. Due to unprecedented growth, it is seeking two Account Directors with integrated experience and an interest in cause-related / political / behaviour change work to bolster its growing team.

If you are a Senior Account Manager looking to step up to Account Director, your application would be welcomed too. An agency background is preferred for the role.

Remote working is on offer with these roles - you can be located anywhere in the UK but must be able to travel to London for client meetings when required.

A passion for globetrotting is also a bonus as the roles will include European / World travel at some point during the year. French language skills would be great for one of the positions but it certainly isn\'t a requirement.

Candidates interested in working abroad full-time in future are also welcome as that opportunity exists at this agency too.

The agency

Together with its local partners it is focused on tackling some of humanity\'s most challenging and important problems across the world with the simple aim of producing cutting-edge marketing and comms and breathtaking creativity to entice behaviour change.

The Account Director role

Due to unprecedented growth, the agency is looking to appoint two new Account Directors to start work as soon as possible.

You will manage a team of 2-3 people (AMs and AEs) and work within a wider team of around 10-15, comprising MD, Business Director, Senior Account Director, Producers, Strategists etc.

You

An advertising background would be ideal and digital experience beneficial. Specific experience of digital display / banners, video and social media would be helpful but aren\'t essential.

Any experience of working on government, charity or not-for-profit accounts may prove an advantage. If not, experience from other sectors (retail, NFP, F/S etc) is also relevant.

Salary and benefits

Up to \xc2\xa355k depending on experience plus an excellent range of additional hard and soft benefits.
