CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Account Coordinator to join the team located in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and supporting the full range of administrative and operational services to a huge Oil and gas account.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support and assist in the delivery of efficient and effective processes with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
  • Support to the Alliance Director and Senior Management Team, providing a wide range of administrative, reporting and operational functions to the ExxonMobil account.
  • Management, oversight & facilitation of Employee Engagement activities.
  • Management, oversight and facilitation of Account Newsletter and Communications strategy.
  • Oversight/management of the account SharePoint site to ensure all information is updated/refreshed regularly and that we are making best use of technology for document/information sharing.
  • Administration of the new starter/leaver process and onboarding documents.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, appointments and presentation materials for key account activities including monthly and quarterly business reviews and calls e.g. RPMT, All-Hands, Special Projects, etc.
  • Coordinating and reporting on Employee Recognition and Reward schemes.
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues and other key account employees.
  • Attending key account meetings as required and recording minutes and reporting back with actions.
  • Involvement with interviewing, hiring and training of staff as required.
  • Coordinating and arranging social events and programmes as required.
  • Researching new business ventures or projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
