Job title: Accompanied Viewer

As one of the North East's leading Sales & Lettings Agents, we are looking to recruit an accompanied viewer at our busy Hartlepool Branch. Holbrook and Co., currently have 8 Branches across the North East with further expansion planned for 2025. Our aim is to provide the best customer experience within our industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, your day to day responsibilities will include;

Carrying out viewings Midterm inspections Check out inspections Canvassing Good time management and initiative are two of the key competencies required for this role. Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Candidates must have excellent time management and organisational skills, be able to work from own initiative, have keen communication skills and a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude.

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as one Saturday in three, from 9am -12pm. The role comes with a basic salary of 22,222. This is a permeant role with a holiday entitlement of 20 year per annum (plus bank holidays) increasing to 25 days with longevity of service, and an additional day off to celebrate your birthday!
