Job Summary

As an Accommodation Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. This includes preparing lodges for new arrivals, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing amenities, and performing hot tub maintenance. Your role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

General Preparation

Review daily booking schedules to identify lodge changeover requirements. Gather cleaning supplies, linens, bedding, and welcome hamper items. Prepare and deliver extra bedding for potential replacements. Log all linen used for inventory tracking.

Hot Tub Maintenance

Complete hot tub cleaning, emptying, and refilling Ensure hot tubs are ready for guest use by following established protocols.

Lodge Cleaning

Remove and replace used linens and towels. Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and all surfaces. Dust, mop, and deep clean furniture as needed. Restock amenities and set up the welcome hamper. Ensure the lodge is tidy, organised, and guest ready.

Welcome Hamper Preparation

Stock each lodge with items included in the Welcome Hamper.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently and manage time during tight turnover schedules. Knowledge of cleaning, including hot tub care (training provided). Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Pay: 10.54-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
