Including managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, coordinating meetings, and supporting events, while ensuring efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing data management processes, including the accurate collation, input, and reporting of student and curriculum data, and supporting key functions like admissions, enrolment, and finance. Additionally, the position offers academic support by ensuring the smooth running of curriculum. A strong focus is placed on delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and contributing to the College's overall academic and governance standards.
