Who We're Looking For



We're seeking

dedicated professionals with a strong background in the Higher Education sector

who can bring experience, efficiency, and innovation to our team. Ideal candidates will have worked with or within universities, understand academic processes, and be comfortable managing compliance, coordination, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Academic Coordinators



Coordinate curriculum delivery, tutor allocation, and timetabling Liaise with university partners to ensure academic compliance and quality standards Support students with academic progression tracking

Non-Academic Coordinators



Manage student services, welfare checks, and non-academic activities Handle onboarding, orientation, and progression logistics Support events, workshops, and enrichment programmes

Administrators



Maintain accurate student and staff records Provide support in scheduling, document control, and reporting Ensure systems and processes align with regulatory and university partner requirements

Essential Requirements:



Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within a

Higher Education

or

university setting

Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Familiarity with academic systems, compliance, and reporting processes

Desirable:



Experience working with UK awarding bodies or transnational education (TNE) partners Knowledge of OfS, QAA, or other regulatory bodies Project management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,880.00-30,000.00 per year
