Wayman Education is seeking an experienced Nursery Teacher to join our team in Stroud Green, Haringey. The successful candidate will work closely with a large array of nurseries to provide high-quality education services to young children. As an experienced educator with a passion for teaching, you\'ll implement effective learning strategies, create a safe and productive learning environment, and work with parents and staff to ensure successful outcomes for all Nursery students. Nursery Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Develop and implement appropriate assessment strategies to monitor student progress and ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Establish classroom routines, procedures, and behaviour management strategies that promote a positive learning environment.
• Provide regular feedback and support to parents and staff to aid student learning and development.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in team meetings, training sessions and other events as required.
• Ensure all necessary administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Attend school events, parent-teacher conferences and other meetings as required.

Nursery Teacher Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or another relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a nursery teacher.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage with parents and other stakeholders.
• A passion for teaching and for helping young learners succeed.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Nursery Teacher Salary

The salary for this Nursery Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale within Inner London.
