The post involves a very significant clinical role with ward visits and input to consultant ward rounds / team meetings, directorate support, as well as a substantial training and management element. The post holder will also be required to support the Deputy Director of Pharmacy in redesigning and transforming Pharmacy services across the physical/mental health portfolio and lead on audit and quality assurance of pharmacy services.
