Assist Services Group are looking for experienced Doorman, who have worked within exclusive members club / 5* Hotel bar environments. Officers who have exceptional customer service skills to join the security team for a 5* Hotel bar in Mayfair, London.

Pay Rate:

\xc2\xa313.66 PAYE
\xc2\xa315ph Personal Service Company (PSC)
Shift Times:

Mon-Wed: 17:00 to 00:30

Thu-Sat: 17:00 to 01:30
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the premises remain secure and free from any potential threats.
• Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, reflecting the impeccable service standards of our 5-star establishment.
• Conduct thorough security checks and inspections to prevent unauthorised access and maintain a high level of vigilance.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Collaborate closely with hotel staff and management to address security-related matters and maintain clear communication channels.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
• Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems and access control systems proficiently.

Requirements:

• Experienced Doorman
• Proven experience in security services, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.
• A keen sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Valid Door Supervisor licence is required.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
