Job Description

We are working with a Medium sized forwarder based near Heathrow who are currently recruiting for Air Import Clerks to start ASAP. Some Sea knowledge advantage.
Shift 4 on 4 off days 7.00am to 7.00pm. to start asap Times may differ.
Role involves:
\xc2\xb7 Arranging Air Import Shipments from worldwide origins but mainly China.
\xc2\xb7 Dealing with general Imports
\xc2\xb7 ETSF and Breakbulk
\xc2\xb7 T1 Discharge for airfreight, sea freight and truck.
\xc2\xb7 Airline Collections
\xc2\xb7 Handle job from start to finish including accruing charges and sales invoices.
\xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure.
\xc2\xb7 Multi-tasking
\xc2\xb7 Experience with ASM, Box top and Sequoia
\xc2\xb7 Provide excellent customer service.
\xc2\xb7 Processing relevant Import Documentation from start to finish.
\xc2\xb7 Customs clearance and entry within the customs system.

Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Ideally 2-3 years Airfreight experience
\xc2\xb7 Good IT skills
\xc2\xb7 Good Customer Service.

• Must have good Customs experience.

Salary depends on experience.
