Providing advanced technical support to service desk engineers? Installing, maintaining and upgrading on-prem servers to include VM's and replication? Implementing and migrating to Cloud services such as Azure and SharePoint? Implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 Cloud services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Intune including device management and conditional access?

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT



As a Senior Engineer you'll be working directly under our technical director, providing advanced technical support for our Managed Service customers, handling escalated, complex, issues and ensuring timely resolutions. You'll also be heavily involved in project related work such as server installations, migrations, and upgrades from specification and proposal stages through to completion and sign-off.

You will mentor and guide a small team based on your years of real-world MSP experience, whilst always keeping an eye for opportunities to advance processes and efficiency.

You'll be a key player in the selection and configuration of our vital technical toolset.

You'll develop and deliver training programs to Service Desk Engineers to enhance their technical skills and keep the team updated on the newest technologies and best practices.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR



You have at least 10 years' experience in a commercial IT Support environment, preferably within an MSP, and a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.

You enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing innovative solutions.

You're able to delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and work within a team environment.

You prioritize the needs of end-users and strive to exceed their expectations.

You enjoy working as part of a team and leveraging the expertise of others to solve problems but are also happy and capable of working independently where required.

You have exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to quickly build rapport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,821.00-45,505.00 per year
