Mood London is a fast-growing company specializing in Luxury Perfume. As we expand, we are looking for a 360 Recruitment consultant to lead the hiring process in both the UK and France. This role is essential in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions within our organisation.
Duties
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive communication.
Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and ensure the right talent is brought into the business.
Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
Prepare and issue employment contracts
Ensure new hires receive all necessary training materials, company policies, and access to internal systems
Act as the main point of contact for new employees during their probationary period, addressing any initial concerns or questions
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Proven experience as a recruiter
Experience in Human Resources would be advantageous
Proficiency in using ATS systems for candidate management.
Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and relationship management skills.
