We are currently looking for an individual, with a confident nature, and a positive outlook will ensure you can deal with a diverse customer base keeping them informed of the latest products and services available from the Post Office.
It is important to complete all transactions in an accurate and timely manner, whilst demonstrating excellent product knowledge to customers. Good accuracy and attention to detail will ensure you can be a successful counter clerk. Previous experience of working in a Post Office, or bank or of cash handling and customer service would be helpful.
As a valued member of our Post Office team you will receive full counter training, plus ongoing support.
Must be flexible regarding holiday cover and staff illness.
