As a 2nd Line expert, you will provide technical support to end users and clients remotely. Your role involves working within our escalation process, supporting 1st line team members, and ensuring timely resolution of escalated tickets. Key Skills: \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) \xc2\xb7 Proactive and motivated approach to customer service \xc2\xb7 Logical and structured problem-solving abilities \xc2\xb7 Keen attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Effective time management and multitasking skills \xc2\xb7 Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including collaborating with third-party companies to resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
