2025 EMEA Returnship Programme - Birmingham



The Goldman Sachs EMEA Returnship Programme is designed to support experienced professionals in restarting their careers after an extended absence from the workforce. This paid, 12-week programme reintegrates talented individuals by leveraging the vast network of resources available at Goldman Sachs. Participants will have opportunities across a variety of divisions to strengthen technical skills, gain access to professional development, and potentially transition into full-time employment upon completion


As a participant, you will:



Experience 12 weeks of on-the-job learning within a team, interacting with a diverse community of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds Access the vast network of resources at Goldman Sachs through continuous development, support and mentorship opportunities Participate in sessions focused on community building, creating a seamless transition experience back into the workforce Be eligible to be considered for full time roles

Eligibility



Previously employed professionals with three or more years of work experience who have been out of the fulltime workforce for two or more years (as of September, 2025) A desire to return to full-time employment Experience in financial services is beneficial but not a requirement
Please note, for this programme, the majority of our roles will be at Analyst or Associate level, and conversion to full time roles will be based on individual performance throughout the programme.


The deadline to apply for the 2025 EMEA Returnship Programme is 16 th May 2025

Interviews will take place through June and July of 2025 and the programme will run from September to December.
