Basic Function and Responsibility:

This assignment is in the Global Professional Relations and Independent Medical Education (gPRIME) team within Global Medical Values and Capabilities (GMVC). This function exists within the broader Global Medical & Scientific Affairs (GMSA), which is part of our Company\'s Research Laboratories.

gPRIME serves as the Center of Excellence for independent medical education (IME) andour Company\'s Research LaboratoriesGrants worldwide. gPRIME engages with Medical & Professional Societies globally to enable high quality, innovative IME for healthcare professionals (HCPs) across our portfolio of therapeutic areas, aiming to patient care and enable optimal outcomes.

Key Activities:

The intern in this assignment may be responsible for:

Managing the internal and/or external gPRIME websites, including Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Therapeutic Areas of Interest

Assisting with developing new website content to support organizational goals and strategies

Assisting with auditing existing website content to identify areas of improvement

Managing gPRIME resource and document storage, assessing ongoing needs and developing optimal solutions

Education/Qualifications:

Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2024

Candidates must be a college student with a major in a Business or Science field

Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be highly motivated to work independently

Candidates must have demonstrated leadership skills, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate\xe2\x80\x99s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
