Applause IT are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Engineer to join an award-winning media studio based in Liverpool. You will have the opportunity to join a talented team who work across the UK and Europe, developing experiences using the latest technology for some of the world\'s largest brands, platforms and publishers.

As the 1st/2nd Line Engineer you will play a vital role in overseeing the whole of the businesses IT needs. You will be the first point of contact for IT Support within the organisation; providing on-site and remote support for all users. Alongside being the go-to support for the existing teams day-to-day IT needs, you will be given the opportunity to create and implement your own IT architecture for the business and any passion for the creative or digital industry is a bonus for them.

The successful 1sr/2nd Line Engineer should have experience and exposure with the following:

• Knowledge of Windows devices
• Knowledge of Mac devices
• Great communication skills, with great problem-solving abilities
• Ability to update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately.
• Respond to Service Desk phone calls/tickets as needed
• An ability to explain technical problems in a simple way to end users at all levels within the business.

You must be in possession of a clean UK driving license.
