Skills and Experience:
Support the IT Manager with the training of Apprentices
Dealing with queries on the Service Desk and logging and resolving 1st line tickets and escalating to the 2nd line when appropriate to do so
Deal with IT calls across the business, liaising with the IT Manager as appropriate
Carry out daily checks to ensure the stability of the infrastructure in each business and update the appropriate documentation on a daily basis
Design and implementation of new projects and technologies under the guidance of the IT Manager.
Assist in the use of IT within the environment through the maintenance of IT software, hardware, and related peripherals
Develop quality relationships with all users of IT facilities
Resolution of problems within software or hardware where possible. Where not possible, liaise with the relevant agency to affect repair
Ensure that backups of the cloud for each site is monitored, reporting any issues to the IT Manager
Experience with Windows Desktop, Office 365, TCP/IP and Active Directory
